Study topics include: identifying causes of stress; assessing your stress level; physical and emotional consequences of stress; dealing with anxiety; identifying burnout; recovering from burnout; a whole life approach; maintaining professional boundaries; achieving work-life balance; providing a support framework for all staff within the workplace. Includes all study materials, course textbook, Relaxation and Stress Reduction Workbook, and full tutorial support. Students have up to twelve months to complete this course, allowing them to work through the modules at their own pace.
